Step 1:
The inital Discovery Session is an online or telephone discussion with your business leaders. The purpose of the session is to establish goals and outline how a brand strategy can support your operation and drive business growth.

Step 2:
The Road Map is a key stage in your brand strategy journey, involving systematic research and development.
An in-depth evaluation of your audience, competitors, and market landscape will reveal a unique brand and a clear growth path. The Road Map consists of three stages:
1. R&D to assess your current position and encourage big-picture thinking.
2. A Comprehensive Audit to establish the best strategic brand approach.
3. A Live Brand Intensive session presenting the full brand strategy proposal.
This 60-90 minute Live Brand Intensive will provide you with an all-inclusive brand strategy report outlining the complete Road Map.
You can apply the unique brand strategy in-house, have the Revive Creative team implement it, or pass it to another company. Most clients choose us, but there’s no pressure. Take your time, discuss your thoughts, and decide what’s best for you. Our goal is your continued success.

The Brand Strategy
Step 3:
The Brand Strategy stage involves a strategy session and the creation of the brand strategy itself.
1. A collaborative stratergy workshop is held with the business leaders to explore everything collected and collated so far to agree on the foundation of the brand stratergy and highlight key wins for furture marketing activity.
2. The creation of a Brand Strategy Guide will encompass everything the company needs to buid recognition and trust by claming a position in the mind of your target audience. It will define what your brand means to them, why they choose your brand over a competitor, and how best to provide a unique experience. The guide will provide a blueprint ensuring consistency and reputation is upheld across the organisation and through its marketing efforts.
Step 4:
The final Brand Expression stage invloves creating the external character of what needs to be said and how best to say it along with the visual identity of the organisation.
These critical brand assets will form the brand digital and physical presence in the eyes of the public.
