What We Do With Your Details
This site sets no cookies and tracks nothing. If you get in touch, here is exactly what happens to the information you send.

Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising technology, no tracking pixels, and no consent banner - because there is nothing to consent to.
We do not know who visits this site, how many people visit, or which pages they read. That is a deliberate choice, not an oversight.
Spam protection on the forms
The enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending the message. It only loads when you reach a form. Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to make that check, and uses it for nothing else. It is not advertising or tracking technology.
Links to other services
Buttons marked "Book a Discovery Call" take you to Calendly, a separate booking service on its own website. Nothing from Calendly runs on this site. If you follow that link, Calendly's own privacy policy applies to what happens there, alongside the section below about bookings.
What we collect, and why
If you use the enquiry form
The forms ask for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number and company, plus a description of what you need. The main form also asks for an optional budget range and how you heard about us. We use it to reply to you and, if there is a fit, to arrange a conversation. Nothing more.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests - specifically, responding to a business enquiry that you chose to send us. We think that is what any reasonable person would expect when they fill in a contact form.
If you email, call, or connect on LinkedIn
We keep the correspondence so we can pick up where we left off. Same lawful basis: responding to an enquiry you initiated.
If you book a discovery call
Calendly collects your name, email address and chosen time slot in order to hold the appointment and send reminders. We receive those details. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
If you become a client
We hold whatever is needed to do the work and run the business relationship - contact details, project correspondence, briefs, files, invoices. The lawful basis is performance of our contract with you, and legal obligation for anything we are required to retain for tax purposes.
What we never do
We do not buy contact data, we do not sell or rent your details to anyone, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent us an enquiry. If we ever start a mailing list, you will have to ask to join it.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They process information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Cloudflare - hosts this website, protects the forms from spam, and processes form submissions. United States, with servers worldwide.
- Resend - delivers enquiry form submissions to our inbox by email. United States.
- Calendly - handles discovery call bookings. United States.
- Microsoft 365 - our business email and calendar.
- Xero - our accounting software, for invoicing and bookkeeping. Client billing records only.
We will also disclose information where we are legally required to, for example in response to a court order or a request from a regulator with proper authority.
Information sent outside the UK
Cloudflare, Resend and Calendly are based in the United States. Where information is transferred there, we rely on the safeguards permitted under UK data protection law - the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where it is not.
Our use of AI
We use AI tools in our work, in the same way we use any other software. Where an AI tool touches information relating to a client project, we use business-tier accounts under terms that prevent the provider training their models on what we put in.
We do not use AI to make automated decisions about people. Every decision about who we work with, and on what terms, is made by a person.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not go anywhere - up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Booking records - 12 months.
- Client project records - 7 years after the end of the engagement, covering our tax obligations and the period in which a contractual claim could be brought.
If you would rather we deleted something sooner, ask and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Keeping it secure
Accounts are protected with strong, unique passwords and two-factor authentication. Devices are encrypted. Access is limited to Damian, because there is nobody else. No system is completely secure, but the surface here is deliberately small.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- be told what we hold about you and what we do with it;
- get a copy of it;
- have anything inaccurate corrected;
- have it deleted, where we have no continuing reason to keep it;
- restrict what we do with it while a question about it is resolved;
- receive it in a portable format, where that applies;
- object to us processing it on the basis of legitimate interests.
Email info@revivecreative.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge, unless a request is clearly excessive or repetitive, in which case we will tell you why before doing anything. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, so that we are not handing your information to somebody else.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information
Tell us first. Use the contact form or email info@revivecreative.com, and mark it as a data protection complaint.
We will acknowledge it within 30 days, look into it, keep you updated while we do, and tell you the outcome.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
If what we do changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top. There is no version history to dig through - what is on this page is what applies.
Still got a question?
If anything here is unclear, or you want to know exactly what we hold about you, just ask. You will get a straight answer from the person who wrote this.
